Thai Pork Lettuce Wraps
Thai Pork Lettuce Wraps
OMG, this is one of my favorite recipes ever! I can not express enough how much you MUST make this recipe~
Ingredients
Thai Chili Sauce
Instructions
- In a wok, add 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil and bring to a medium heat. Once hot, add garlic, ginger and onions. Cook until fragrant and translucent. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil and cook the ground pork.
- While the pork is cooking, make the Thai Chili Sauce. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, lime juice and honey. Mix well and set aside. Then add Cashews to a bag and chop.
- Once the pork is fully cooked, add the chopped cashews and Thai Sauce. Reduce the heat and mix well, let cook for about 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and add carrots, onion/ginger/ garlic mixture, white parts of the chopped scallion, and cilantro. Mix.
- To assemble, add the Thai Pork Mixture to the middle of one piece of butter leaf lettuce. Add green scallions and fresh cilantro to the top, wrap up and add to a plate.
- To serve, add 6 wraps to a plate and add a bowl of Thai Chili Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
