OMG, this is one of my favorite recipes ever! I can not express enough how much you MUST make this recipe~

Ingredients

Thai Chili Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a wok, add 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil and bring to a medium heat. Once hot, add garlic, ginger and onions. Cook until fragrant and translucent. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  2. In the same wok, add 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil and cook the ground pork.
  3. While the pork is cooking, make the Thai Chili Sauce. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, lime juice and honey. Mix well and set aside. Then add Cashews to a bag and chop.
  4. Once the pork is fully cooked, add the chopped cashews and Thai Sauce. Reduce the heat and mix well, let cook for about 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and add carrots, onion/ginger/ garlic mixture, white parts of the chopped scallion, and cilantro. Mix.
  5. To assemble, add the Thai Pork Mixture to the middle of one piece of butter leaf lettuce. Add green scallions and fresh cilantro to the top, wrap up and add to a plate.
  6. To serve, add 6 wraps to a plate and add a bowl of Thai Chili Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
