Kale + Apple Hash
This is a delicious savory kale dish with a mustard kick that will wow anyone!

- First, in a medium pan, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 12 minutes or until browned.
- Transfer those to a bowl and add your apples and onions to the pan and cook down for about 7 minutes.
- Mix in your mustard and coat the apples and onions.
- Add about 1/4 cup of water and vinegar to the pan. Add your kale and let it wilt for about 5 minutes.
- Serve with salt and pepper!
